Using this site
This site exists to help Anchora customers register their warranty, learn how to use their lifters, and reach support. By using it you agree to use it for those purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or submit deliberately false information.
The warranty
Every authentic Anchora pack purchased on Amazon comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use — broken clip, deformed clutch that won't hold tension, or similar quality issues.
The warranty does not cover:
- Loss or accidental damage.
- Damage from misuse — for example, crushing the backing with pliers beyond what the instructions describe.
- Normal patina on the sterling silver pair. (A polishing cloth restores it.)
- Cosmetic wear from everyday use.
To claim a warranty, register at /warranty and email support@anchora-jewelry.com with your warranty number. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Replacements
Approved replacements are sent free of charge. We may ask for a photo of the defect to confirm coverage. Replacements ship to the address you provide; we cannot ship to locations Amazon doesn't deliver to.
