How do I use Anchora Earring Lifters?+
Slip the lifter onto the earring post behind your earlobe, then secure with the earring back. The disc supports the back of your lobe so the earring stands upright. See /instructions for photos.
Are they hypoallergenic?+
Yes. They're made from medical-grade clear plastic that is latex- and nickel-free.
Can I sleep with them on?+
We don't recommend it. They're designed for daytime wear; remove them before bed to let your earlobes rest.
How do I clean them?+
Rinse with warm water and mild soap, pat dry. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, which can cloud the plastic over time.
Will they work with my heavy / dangly earrings?+
Yes. Heavy earrings are exactly what they're designed for. The disc redistributes the weight across more of your earlobe.
What if I lose one?+
Email us at support@anchora-jewelry.com with your warranty number and we'll send a replacement.
What does the warranty cover?+
Lifetime coverage against manufacturing defects (cracking, splitting, deformation) under normal use. Register at /warranty to activate.
How do I claim warranty?+
Email support@anchora-jewelry.com with your warranty number and a short description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.
Can I use them with screw-back earrings?+
Yes — they work with most earring back styles, including screw-backs, friction-backs, and lever-backs.
Do they show through small studs?+
No. The lifters are translucent and sit flush against the back of the earlobe, fully hidden from the front.
